Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy can help you at different stages in your life to achieve balance. It is a remedial style of massage, which is useful for everyday conditions such as headaches and migraines, symptoms of stress and tension, IBS and backache and different forms of arthritis.
A usual treatment would involve up to three essential oils blended with carrier oil like sweet almond, jojoba or grapeseed oil.
A course of treatments may also involve taking home treatment blends to apply to the skin or add to the bath in-between treatments with your therapist.
